Unscrew caps from both bottles in your hair dye kit and pour small, equal amounts of both substances in mixing tray that came with kit. Use brush that came in your kit to mix two substances together.
Recap both bottles and apply mixture to test area with cotton ball, cotton swab or tissue. Allow it to dry.
Do not wash or cover test area for 48 hours. Check test area over next 48 hours for signs of reaction. If you see redness, rash or feel burning or itching during testing, be sure to immediately wash test area and do not use hair dye you tested. If no reaction occurs after 48 hours, it's safe to use hair dye on your facial hair.
