Reduce Allergy Symptoms Towards Cats, Dogs and Birds

Reduce Allergy Symptoms Towards Cats, Dogs and Birds - We love our pets, which are part of the family. What can we do to help our allergic reaction to them? Read on for tips that have worked for my family ....

How to Reduce Allergy Symptoms Towards Cats, Dogs and Birds

One of easiest things to do is to take antihistamine such as benadryl. This will reduce your allergy symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes andamp itchiness.

Wash your hands right after interacting with your pet and prevent touching your face with your hands until after you wash your hands.

Reduce other allergens such as dust mites and mold, that might contribute to your allergic reactions. See my article below on How To Get Rid of Dust Mites.

Avoid, if possible, sleeping in same bed or room as your pets. Get your pet his or her own bed to sleep in.

Purchase air filter to help remove dust from air.
