These medicines more than double your chance of successfully quitting, according to American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology.
Take look at yourself and why you smoke. Smoking is addiction, but also habit. Determine why and when you smoke. Is it after you eat? When you are anxious? When you're bored? Change your routines to overcome your habit. Don't hang around other smokers. This will make you want to smoke. Keep licorice sticks with you to put in your hand or mouth instead of cigarette when you get urge. Find activity that's enjoyable and healthy.
