Reduce Mold Allergies in House - Since most of us spend almost half of our time at home, to find relief for mold allergies, it is important. With this concern, reducing the effects of mold in the most effective relief is to find a way home. Here are some steps to do just that.


How to Reduce Mold Allergies in House


Keep doors and windows closed to prevent outdoor mold from getting into house. Use air conditioners with air filter using proper allergen grade material.


Install dehumidifier. This will help control indoor moisture in many parts of house. Keep entryways to bathroom and kitchen open to allow dehumidifier to work best. Clean appliance often to ensure most efficiency.


Ventilate moisture-prone areas to keep them dry. Bathrooms, kitchens, and basements must have way for fresh air to freely move in and out of rooms. Install exhaust fans in needed areas to provide for this.


Use HEPA filter with your vacuum to trap mold spores that may be in carpeting. You can also use these filters as air filter to catch mold spores in air to help reduce mold allergies in home.


Limit number of indoor plants inside home to help reduce mold allergy symptoms. If you do have indoor plants, make sure they are free of mold on leaves and in potting soil.
