How to Prevent Sun Allergy Onset


Protect your head and face. Wear wide brimmed hats which cover your face and block out harmful uv rays. Wear sunglasses that are uv protected. Apply moisturize and makeup that contain SPF of at least 15. Wear lip block with SPF.


Protect your body. Wear moisturize with SPF protection. Use sun block with high SPF for ultimate protection. Wear UV protective clothing or consider wearing fabrics like polyester which block out sun rays. Preferably wear long pants and long sleeved shirts. Use umbrella to protect your skin from sun allergies.


Limit your exposure to sun. Avoid being outside between 11 00 am and 3 00 pm as these are when sun's rays are at their strongest. Limit your sun exposure to 15 minutes day to ensure adequate vitamin D production or consider taking vitamin D supplement.


Protect yourself against sun allergies indoors. Purchase UV filtering windows to block out harmful sun rays. Use UV blocking shades for sun allergy protection. Make sure your car windows are tinted and block out UV rays.
