Use good vacuum cleaner. There are vacuum cleaners with HEPA air filter installed in them already. There are also some vacuums without HEPA installed and work just as well. Shop around and find right vacuum that gets all of those particles out of your carpet and living area.
Use air conditioner during summer and keep your windows and doors closed as much as you can to keep allergens outside. Also, use dehumidifier in your home and you will breath much easier.
